Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Maintenance Director for The Neighborhood at Tellico Village in Loudon, TN. You will supervise the maintenance team, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe, well-maintained surroundings for residents.

The role requires prior supervisory maintenance experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings, strong communication, and a professional demeanor to support resident well-being and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of supervisory maintenance experience.
• Prior maintenance in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance department activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State and Local regulations and building codes.
• Maintain a sanitary, attractive, and orderly community; address electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems.
• Provide quality laundry service as part of the role.
