Job summary

American House Senior Living Communities seeks an LPN to join our wellness team as a Manor Coordinator. You will coordinate care plans, supervise Resident Assistants and Med Techs, and work with families, physicians, and care staff to ensure each resident receives individualized care.

You will administer medications as allowed by state regulations, monitor residents for changes, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding safety and quality standards in a supportive senior living

Qualifications

• Must possess at least two years of experience in senior living.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and staff, read simple instructions, and write simple correspondence.
• Able to make standard decisions based on training and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedule for Residents Assistants and Med Techs.
• Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to care staff.
• Participate in care plan development with residents, families, physicians, and Wellness Director.
