Job summary

Heritage Property Management Services seeks an experienced Lifestyle Director for a 55+ community in Gwinnett. You will manage resident programs, coordinate activities, promote clubs, and support orientation and communications to enhance community vitality. Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills are essential.

Experience with HOA or active adult programs is a plus, and the role requires energy, initiative, and excellent coordination with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and promoting recreational activities and programs.
• Experience with volunteer programs and fundraising events.
• Experience with homeowner association programs or active adult programs is a plus.
• Public speaking and strong interpersonal/communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement resident programs, classes, and events.
• Schedule facilities and coordinate with other Association departments.
• Oversee the activity registration desk and merchandise promotion.
• Coordinate New Resident Orientation and community newsletters.
• Develop and promote chartered clubs and volunteer programs.
• Coordinate other duties as assigned.
