Job summary

StoryPoint is hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and execute activities that enrich the lives of residents in our senior life connections community. This role supports the Life Enrichment Director and ensures safety and quality in program delivery.

The position requires 1–3 years related experience, a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), compassion for seniors, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in life-enrichment or similar activities preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Compassion for senior population.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Life Enrichment Director with program planning and execution.
• Assist with administrative tasks in Life Enrichment department.
• Ensure resident safety and proper setup/cleanup of activity spaces.
• Coordinate transportation for outings and related tasks.
• Follow Employee Handbook standards.
