Trinity Springs in Oxford, FL, is seeking a Full-Time Life Enrichment Director to lead engaging programs for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. You will design and oversee activities tailored to individual needs, oversee a team, and coordinate community events with families and staff.

The role requires 2+ years in activity planning for seniors, a recreational therapy or gerontology background, and CTRS eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years planning and directing activities for elderly residents.
• Strong communication and collaboration with care teams.
• Experience coordinating events and programs for residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities for Trinity Springs residents in individual and group settings.
• Coordinate special community events for residents and families.
• Arrange weekend, evening and holiday activities.
• Promote resident involvement and decision-making in daily programming.
• Collaborate with Clinical Memory Care Team for activities and events.
• Oversee volunteers and develop a volunteer program.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
