The Addison of St. Johns, a Sonida Senior Living community in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Life Enrichment Coordinator to engage residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care with engaging activities and programs.

You will collaborate with residents, families, and staff to tailor recreation programs, support personal choices, and promote safety and wellbeing using innovative care tools and strong team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
