Job summary

The Waterford at Creekside in Pensacola, FL, is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to enrich the lives of residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will interact with residents, families, and staff to provide engaging programs and ensure safety and respect in all activities.

Responsibilities include supporting independent recreation, following each resident’s service plan, and participating in required training and education programs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.
• Ensure residents are free from abuse (physical, verbal, and sexual).
• Support resident independent recreation based on individual preferences.
• Ensure residents' right to make personal choices per their service plan.
• Attend all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
