Job summary

New Perspective Senior Living is hiring a Life Engagement Coach (LEC) in West Fargo, ND. You will coordinate and execute life engagement activities aligning with our Living Life On Purpose Pillars—Physical Fitness, Brain Fitness, Dining Experience, and Social/Spiritual Enrichment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to read, write, speak & understand English.
Ability to work in a team; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make decisions in residents' best interest.

Responsibilities

Assist with calendar and personal schedules for the assigned neighborhood.
Ensure supplies and technology are available to residents.
Encourage and assist residents in all activities.
Set up evening engagement agenda and coordinate with Caregivers.
Assist monthly budget for food, engagement, and education activities.
Communicate with residents, families and team in a kind, respectful way.
Deliver hospitality and high-quality service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
Maintain an engaging home environment fostering socialization and purposeful living.
