Responsibilities

• Perform general laundry tasks, such as washing, drying, and folding laundry
• Wash, dry, fold, iron, and store all facility laundry
• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute all residents’ personal clothing
• Keep work areas free of hazards, spills, baskets, supplies, equipment, etc
• Discard waste and trash into proper containers and re-line receptacles with plastic liners
• Ensure that work areas are clean and equipment, tools, supplies are properly stored during work periods and at end of day
• Clean laundry equipment, carts, etc
