• Record food temperatures at each meal.
• Maintain kitchen cleanup and exceed regulatory standards.
• Monitor kitchen equipment for safe operation and compliance.
• Label, date, and store food and supplies properly.
• Maintain meal service records as required.
• Assist Dining Services Director and delegate tasks when needed.
• Suggest improvements to enhance the dining experience for residents.
