Job summary

Ivy Terrace at Fullerton, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support a senior living community. The role ensures dishes are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly, contributing to a clean, safe dining environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience working in a kitchen or similar setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room/area prior to meal service.
• Transport dishes to the kitchen following meals; wash and sanitize; return to storage.
• Break down the kitchen for clean-up; sanitize dish room, kitchen, dining areas, drains.
• Respond to resident concerns in a professional and caring manner.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
