Qualifications

• 3+ years of cooking experience in a scratch restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen.
• Solid knife skills and working knowledge of various cooking techniques.
• Current Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe certification and MAST (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute breakfast, lunch, and dinner service from scratch using fresh ingredients.
• Follow recipes while bringing creativity and quality to every plate.
• Cook a variety of menu items/cuisine. Specials change daily.
• Manage your station — prep, cook, plate, and maintain throughout service.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation per health code standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and dining room staff to deliver smooth, timely service.
• Assist with receiving and rotating inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times.
• Assist with special events when needed.
