Responsibilities include daily cleaning, waste management, restroom maintenance, floor care, and minor maintenance, with a focus on a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment, and techniques.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage time effectively.

• Effective communication with residents, staff, and supervisors.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must successfully complete required pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & sanitizing: daily cleaning of offices, hallways, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Waste management: empty trash, replace liners, maintain waste areas.
• Restroom maintenance: clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
• Floor care: vacuuming, mopping, waxing, buffing, and stripping as needed.
• Window & glass cleaning: clean interior windows and doors.
• Minor maintenance: replace light bulbs and tighten screws; report larger needs.
• Safety & compliance: follow safety procedures and store cleaning chemicals.
• Inventory management: monitor supplies and notify supervisor when replenished.
• Event & special project support: set up/break down furniture and deep/seasonal cleaning.
• Nighttime property rounds: patrol common areas and entrances.
• Safety & security: report hazards or incidents to management.
• Communication: maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members.
