Job summary

Neier Inc. is seeking an Interior Designer to join their home office team in Bonita Springs, FL. The ideal candidate will manage interior design for various renovation and new development projects, collaborating with architects, brand strategists, and other specialists.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in multi-family and/or hospitality projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of broad design experience with an emphasis on multi-family and/or hospitality projects.
• Experience with upscale multi-family and hospitality projects including residential units, hotels, and restaurants.
• Certificate or registration of Interior Designer or certification through NCIDQ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the interior design and FFE processes for renovation and new development projects.
• Collaborate with team to determine design preferences and budget.
• Develop design concepts that meet the project’s needs and objectives.
