Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of HVAC experience.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 35 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform Preventative Maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Install new HVAC units and perform repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydronic pumps, valves, and compressors.
• Assemble and repair heating, water, and drainage systems.

Skills

Troubleshooting and repair skills related to HVAC and mechanical systems

Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance priorities

Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality customer service

Education

High school diploma or GED

Apprenticeship and/or formal training in HVAC
