Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Housekeeper to clean residents' apartments and public areas on a scheduled basis, including laundry duties in our commercial facilities. Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1–3 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to be friendly and provide excellent service while working hard.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all areas as assigned according to standards and procedures.
• Maintain sanitary conditions in assigned areas following established guidelines.
• Follow written and oral instructions for cleaning chemicals and processes.
• Interact professionally with residents, families, visitors and staff at all times.
• Operate buffers, extraction equipment, vacuums, and all commercial laundry equipment.
• Report supply and equipment needs to supervisor for replenishment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Housekeeping Lead.
