Job summary

Christian Living Communities (CLC) | Cappella Living Solutions (CLS) is hiring for a full-time housekeeping and laundry position in our Denver-area community. The role includes cleaning resident rooms, laundering linens, and maintaining sanitary standards across common areas.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 months experience, reads and writes English, and demonstrates strong customer service while following a set schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months experience in housekeeping and/or laundry procedures, preferably in a medical facility.
• Ability to complete tasks from a checklist operation schedule.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Dust and polish furniture, frames, mirrors.
• Washes and disinfects countertops and sinks according to procedures.
• Mops and disinfects bathrooms and floors; vacuums carpeted areas.
• Refills paper products and soap; empties trash.
• Vacuum and mop common areas, nursing stations, hallways, med rooms and utility rooms.
• Clean common areas and public bathrooms on each unit.
• Performs detailed cleaning assignments as directed.
• Ensures washing and drying machines are used consistently.
• Collects, sorts, washes, dries, and folds resident personal clothing, including linens.
• Delivers clean personal items to the appropriate resident.
• Other duties as assigned.
