Rose Senior Living is hiring a hospitality-focused Housekeeping Associate in Novi, Michigan. This part-time, hourly position requires performing housekeeping and laundry tasks to keep residents’ environment clean and welcoming.

The role emphasizes guest comfort and a team-oriented approach, with responsibilities spanning daily cleaning routines, linen changes, and shared living areas, following supervisor directions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly cleaning functions as directed by supervisor.
• Remove soiled linens and replace with fresh linens.
• Clean phones, bathrooms and kitchen areas.
• Clean outside of refrigerator, dust furniture and lamps.
• Check for cobwebs and remove.
• Vacuum carpets and sweep, mop as needed.
• Turn mattresses (where applicable).
• Vacuum and dust hallways.
• Clean fingerprints from windows, doors, mirrors and fixtures.
• Clean resident rooms and bathrooms as scheduled.
