Job summary

Havenwood of Buffalo is seeking a hospitality-focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents by performing housekeeping and laundry services throughout the community.

This full-time position offers $18.50 per hour, depending on experience (DOE), with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more. High school diploma or GED is required; prior housekeeping or environmental services

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the community.
• Perform housekeeping duties to ensure resident apartments and common areas remain clean, safe, and attractive.
• Complete laundry services in accordance with community standards.
• Help create a positive living experience for residents through exceptional customer service and hospitality.
• Follow all safety and infection control procedures.
