The Monarch Richardson is hiring a Housekeeping Associate to keep our community clean and safe for residents, families, team members, and visitors. The role involves cleaning resident apartments, common areas, and laundry, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; GED accepted.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Physically able to bend, push/pull, and lift up to 40–50 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Cleans resident apartments as assigned.
• Cleans all common areas including halls, landings, stairs, activity areas, lobbies, elevators, and model units.
• Maintains housekeeping and laundry carts; handles community laundry.
• Follows posted work schedule and safety procedures.
• Reports on-the-job injuries to supervisor and communicates with team.
