Bickford Senior Living is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of the Branch and residents’ apartments. The role supports daily housekeeping, follows a 10-Step cleaning process, and assists with inventory and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Branch to a standard of excellence that reflects the quality of care for residents.
• Follow the housekeeping schedule and provide cleaning assistance for emergency tasks.
• Prioritize and complete maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Follow chemical and safety procedures to ensure safety of residents and staff.
• Keep the housekeeping cart clean, stocked and organized.
• Follow the 10-Step Weekly Apartment Cleaning process when cleaning resident apartments.
• Assist the maintenance coordinator with inventory and ordering of cleaning chemicals.
