Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Branch to a standard of excellence; assist residents’ apartments.
• Follow the housekeeping schedule and complete emergency cleaning tasks as needed.
• Prioritize and complete maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure resident and staff safety.
• Keep housekeeping cart clean, stocked and organized.
• Execute the 10-Step Weekly Apartment Cleaning process.
• Assist in inventory and ordering of cleaning chemicals.
