You will operate cleaning equipment, handle cleaning chemicals with PPE, and assist with resident requests as needed. The position offers a team-oriented, family-like work culture and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Operate various mechanized cleaning equipment, such as vacuums and shampooers.
• Requires working in damp, dusty and dirty areas. At times must clean up human waste and other body fluids, as needed.
• Handles various cleaning solvents and chemicals and is required to use the proper personal protection equipment (PPE).
• May be asked to fulfill various resident requests within reason.
