Responsibilities

• Performs daily housekeeping and laundry tasks to ensure timely customer service.
• Cleans and maintains all areas of the community including resident rooms, public areas, rest rooms, offices, corridors and other communal areas as directed.
• Maintains all cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals in a safe and responsible manner according to company, state, and federal procedures/guidelines.
