Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to meticulously clean residents’ apartments and common areas, while delivering friendly, professional service. You will assist with laundry, follow safety protocols, and support a welcoming community environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning to MBK standards, assisting with marketing-friendly interactions, and reporting needs to supervisors. Applicants must be 18+, pass background checks, and be able to work a Mon-Wed 7:30a-4p schedule.

Qualifications

• Compassion for the elderly and the ability to interact effectively with people of different ages and needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a patient-centered environment with safety and cleanliness as priorities.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, public areas, and work areas per guidelines and schedules.
• Perform laundry services for residents as needed.
• Greet residents warmly and maintain a professional image at all times.
• Follow safety, PPE, SDS, and chemical handling policies; store supplies securely.
• Identify and report resident needs or repairs to the supervisor.
