Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to maintain clean resident apartments, public areas, and workspaces in line with our high standards. The position is Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–3:30 pm, with pay DOE, and requires attention to detail, safety, and excellent service.

You will perform cleaning, laundry, and basic housekeeping tasks while representing MBK's commitment to a respectful, resident-centered environment. Strong English communication and physical ability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background clearances, health screening, and TB test results.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and follow written and spoken directions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical tasks of the role.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, common areas, and workspaces to MBK standards.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE usage, and proper chemical handling.
• Provide laundry services as scheduled or needed.
• Greet residents warmly and support marketing by presenting a professional image.
• Report maintenance or resident needs to supervisors promptly.
