You will clean resident rooms, lobby, and common areas, ensuring a home-like environment. The role requires you to stand and lift up to 25 pounds, pass health screening, and clear background checks.

Qualifications

• At least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English reading/writing at least 8th grade proficiency with Residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Able to lift/move items up to 25 pounds; push/pull a housekeeping cart.
• Health screening and TB test as required; criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping services to create a home-like, clean living space for residents.
• Keep rooms, lobby, and common areas tidy and organized.
• Ensure maintenance of a neat overall environment from entrance to employee areas.
