CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Housekeeper to clean residents’ apartments and public areas as scheduled, including laundry duties in our commercial facilities. The role offers competitive pay and benefits in a positive work environment and opportunities for advancement.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years related experience; prior housekeeping experience is preferred. Must communicate effectively and follow safety and cleaning procedures.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent, and 1–3 years related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Cleans all areas as assigned according to the departmental standards, process, and procedures.
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas as directed, according to established standards, observing proper cleaning technique.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Must be able to deal tactfully with associates, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions concerning the mixing of cleaning compounds, liquids, disinfecting solutions, etc.
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
• Uses supplies in an economical and prudent manner; Reports supply and equipment needs to supervisor for replenishing.
• Ability to operate the following machines buffers, extraction equipment, vacuums and all commercial laundry equipment.
• Additional duties as assigned or needed by Housekeeping Lead.
