Job summary

Common Sail Investment Group is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to clean residents' apartments and public areas on a fixed schedule and perform all laundry duties in our commercial facilities. The role runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with opportunities for advancement in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or related experience, confidence in following procedures, and the ability to interact professionally with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and provide excellent service

Responsibilities

• Cleans all areas as assigned according to standards and procedures
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas
• Make independent decisions and follow instructions
• Deal tactfully with residents, families, and staff
• Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals
• Operate commercial laundry equipment
• Report supply and equipment needs to supervisor
