CommonSail Investment Group in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean residents' apartments and public areas according to schedule and procedures. You will also manage laundry in our commercial facilities, contributing to a safe, comfortable living environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior housekeeping experience preferred, and the ability to communicate in fluent English. We offer competitive pay and benefits in a supportive team setting.

Formación

• High school diploma and/or 1–3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• You love to laugh and have fun while providing excellent service.

Responsabilidades

• Cleans all areas as assigned according to standards and procedures.
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas.
• Make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Deal tactfully with residents, families, and the public.
• Follow instructions for mixing cleaning compounds and disinfectants.
• Relate information concerning a resident's condition to the team.
• Use supplies economically and report needs to supervisor.
• Operate commercial laundry equipment and related machines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Housekeeping Lead.
