Job summary

StoryPoint of Cincinnati is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean residents' apartments and public areas per schedule, and to perform laundry in our commercial facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all areas as assigned according to standards and procedures.
• Maintains clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas.
• Makes independent decisions and follows instructions.
• Interacts tactfully with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Follows instructions for mixing cleaning compounds and disinfectants.
• Relates information concerning a resident’s condition.
• Uses supplies economically and reports needs to supervisor.
• Operates buffers, extraction equipment, vacuums, and commercial laundry equipment.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by Housekeeping Lead.
