Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Cleaning & Upkeep: Clean resident apartments, common areas, and offices to a high standard.
• Hazard mitigation & waste management: post safety signs and manage trash.
• Resident service & professional image: greet residents warmly and respond to simple requests.
