Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a full-time Housekeeper. The role features a 6:30am–3pm schedule, Saturday through Wednesday, with competitive hourly pay of $20–$21.30 per hour. You will clean resident apartments and public areas, perform laundry duties, and support a safe, welcoming community.

We seek individuals who are compassionate toward the elderly, have strong English communication, and can follow procedures. Benefits include meal per shift, and comprehensive coverage for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Background clearances and health screening required; TB test within 7 days of employment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to follow directions and work in a resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, common areas, and offices to MBK standards.
• Perform laundry services for residents as scheduled.
• Assist residents with needs and respond to requests courteously.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE use, and SDS guidelines.
• Maintain storage areas and report repairs or safety concerns.
• Support marketing of the community with a professional image.
