Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Windsor Run in Matthews, NC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain resident homes and community spaces within the gated retirement community. All duties are performed on site with no travel.

You will clean resident rooms, lobbies, bathrooms, classrooms, and common areas, using carpet and hard floor care equipment while ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Previous experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting is ideal.
• Ability to safely operate carpet and hard floor care equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
• Ability to safely operate Housekeeping vehicles.
• Ability to demonstrate professional interactions with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning resident homes in Independent Living or Nursing Home rooms.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the community using specialized equipment.
• Cleaning public bathrooms, lobbies, and living areas.
• Vacuuming, dusting, decluttering, and trash disposal.
• Cleaning classrooms and common areas as needed.
• Assisting with trash collection and liner replacement.
• Maintaining carpeted surfaces through extraction and vacuuming.
