Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Housekeeper to clean residents’ apartments and public areas according to a schedule and established procedures. You will also perform all laundry duties in our commercial laundry facility, contributing to a clean, safe living environment for residents.

The role emphasizes collaboration with staff to deliver high-quality service, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related housekeeping experience preferred.
• You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all areas as assigned according to the standards, process, and procedures.
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas.
• Follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning chemicals.
• Relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
• Operate and maintain buffers, extraction equipment, vacuums and all commercial laundry equipment.
• Additional duties as assigned by Housekeeping Lead.
