CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Housekeeper to clean residents' apartments and public areas on a schedule and according to procedures. You will also perform laundry duties in our commercial facilities, contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas as assigned according to standards and procedures.
• Maintain sanitary conditions as directed.
• Follow instructions and safety guidelines for cleaning compounds.
• Interact professionally with residents and staff.
• Follow written and oral instructions for cleaning processes.
• Report supply and equipment needs to supervisor.
• Operate standard housekeeping and laundry equipment.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by Housekeeping Lead.
