Qualifications

• Previous experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting is ideal.
• Ability to safely operate carpet and hard floor care equipment.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident homes in Independent Living or Nursing Home areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the community using specialized equipment.
• Clean public bathrooms, lobbies, and classrooms; handle trash disposal.
• Maintain carpeted surfaces via extraction, vacuuming and spot cleaning.
• Interact professionally with residents, family members and staff.
