Judson-Services in Chagrin Falls, OH, seeks a Full-time Environmental Services teammate to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for members of South Franklin Circle. You will perform housekeeping and light maintenance tasks in residents' homes and common areas.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit. You may cross-train in laundry operations and other Environmental Services tasks, while upholding high standards of appearance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathrooms, beds, trash, windows, restrooms, public areas.
• Perform building maintenance tasks: carpet/hard floors, ceilings, light fixtures, drapery, furniture movement, setup requests.
• Communicate with supervisor, coworkers, and members to ensure tasks meet member requests.
• Report unsafe conditions to Supervisor or Security.
• Keep inventory and update list as needed.
• May be cross-trained in laundry operations and other Environmental Services tasks.
