Job summary

Monarch Communities in Weymouth, MA is looking for a Housekeeper for a full-time, Monday to Friday 8am–4pm role. You will maintain resident apartments and common areas to high cleaning and safety standards while supporting a warm, well-being focused living environment.

You’ll earn $18–$19 per hour and be part of a mission-driven team delivering compassionate care in a senior living community near South Weymouth Station. Opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping/cleaning experience; senior living experience preferred.
• Dependable and organized; able to follow an assigned route independently or as part of a team.
• Able to communicate respectfully and follow safety labels and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping in resident apartments by cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and changing linens.
• Clean and sanitize common areas daily, including entrances and lounges.
• Follow the resident service schedule and complete routine and deep-cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Maintain safety by securing chemicals and using PPE; report maintenance needs.
