Astoria Park Senior Living in Pasadena, CA is hiring for a housekeeping role to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments. Responsibilities include cleaning, room inspections, and reporting issues to supervisors, with emphasis on professional, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a senior care facility preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances.
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
