Job summary

Terra Bluffs in Parker, Colorado is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to join our assisted living and memory care community. The 8am–3pm, Tuesday through Saturday shift supports residents by keeping apartments and common areas clean and welcoming.

You will handle laundry, restock supplies, and assist during events while following safety protocols and care schedules. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred, but not required; we’ll train the right person.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.
• Positive attitude and excellent time management skills.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and use housekeeping equipment safely.
• Willingness to complete required training and safety certifications on hire.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments and common areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces to ensure a healthy and pleasant environment.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and personal clothing.
• Restock housekeeping supplies and maintain organized storage areas.
• Support resident well-being by maintaining a clean and safe environment, following schedules and preferences, and alerting leadership to maintenance concerns.
• Collaborate with care staff and other departments to meet resident needs.
• Assist during special events or seasonal deep cleans.
