Job summary

Belmont Village Albany is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain resident apartments, bathrooms, hallways and common areas, delivering hospitality and a clean, welcoming environment. You will perform dusting, vacuuming, bed making, laundry and trash removal while ensuring sanitation and compassionate service for residents.

Requirements include a high school diploma (preferred) and at least 6 months of housekeeping experience; clear English communication and flexible shifts, including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of housekeeping experience in hotels or comparable setting.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work independently and efficiently.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident apartments, bathrooms, hallways and common spaces.
• Collect, wash, fold and return resident laundry items in a timely manner.
• Dispose of trash and replace liners; ensure a tidy environment.
• Communicate respectfully with residents and guests.
• Ensure common area bathrooms are clean and stocked with supplies.
