Job summary

Discovery Management Group is seeking a Housekeeper in Woodbury, NJ to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and team members. The role is full-time with a 9:00am-4:00pm schedule, one weekend per month, at 122-124 Green Avenue Woodbury, NJ 08096.

The rate of pay is $16.00 per hour. You will perform routine cleaning duties daily, weekly, and monthly across apartments and common areas, ensuring safety and infection control practices are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, team members, and supervisors.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, cleaning instructions, and procedures.
• Demonstrated interest in working with a senior population.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties in resident apartments, common areas, lounges, and offices.
• Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, and clean floors and surfaces.
• Clean, sanitize, and polish bathrooms and fixtures.
• Dust and sanitize furniture, lamps, glass, and wood surfaces.
• Collect trash and redistribute community laundry per procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies in a clean, orderly condition.
