• Cleans assigned areas in prescribed time with proper cleaning products.
• Vacuums, dusts, sweeps, mops, sanitizes surfaces and cleans common areas.
• Stocks cleaning carts and notifies supervisor of low supplies.
• Stores equipment, tools and supplies properly.
• Advises supervisor of bulb replacement needs.
• Reports repairs or equipment needs to supervisor.
• Reports resident concerns or unacceptable conditions to supervisor.
