The position supports resident comfort and facility standards, with responsibilities including window cleaning, carpet care, and bed changes, while upholding hospitality and safety policies.

Competenze

• Cleans scheduled residential units, offices, and public areas in a proper and professional manner.
• Maintains public and common areas in a safe, orderly and sanitary condition; identifies and reports repairs and unsafe conditions.

Mansioni

• Cleans interior and exterior windows on a scheduled basis.
• Uses carpet-cleaning equipment and performs carpet care as instructed.
• Makes and/or changes resident beds as scheduled.
