Job summary

The Terraces at Via Verde in San Dimas, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain clean, welcoming spaces for residents in a Great Place to Work community. You’ll handle cleaning, laundry, turnovers, and resident support with EPIC values in mind.

Experience in housekeeping or senior living is a plus but not required. Join an EPIC team that values excellence, accountability, and compassion in daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Create a Welcoming Environment: Clean resident apartments and common areas with care and attention to detail.
• Handle Laundry and Linens: Keep resident and community laundry clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Support the Community: Assist with apartment turnovers, move-ins, and special cleaning requests.
• Keep Safety First: Follow cleaning procedures and properly use and maintain supplies and equipment.
• Brighten Residents’ Days: Build positive connections and help residents feel comfortable and at home.
