Job summary

Ivy Park at Otay Ranch is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in a premier senior living community in Seal Beach, California. The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning resident apartments, public areas, and completing laundry tasks while promoting a safe and inviting environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior housekeeping experience, a strong desire to work with the elderly, and effective communication skills. Join us to contribute to a meaningful lifestyle for our residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact positively with residents and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and common areas.
• Complete laundry and ironing for residents as assigned.

Skills

Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience

Effective communication skills

Desire to work with elderly

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
