Buckner Retirement Services seeks a dedicated Housekeeper in Houston, TX, onsite to maintain clean and sanitary conditions across resident homes, common areas, dining rooms, and other locations. You will ensure Buckner quality, service, and hospitality standards and contribute to a supportive living environment for residents.

Ideal candidates will have English proficiency, customer-service orientation, and the physical stamina to move cleaning equipment and handle routine housekeeping tasks

Formación

• Requires in-depth understanding of housekeeping operations; prior-related experience preferred.
• Requires basic knowledge of house cleaning devices and sanitation standards.
• Requires ability to move cleaning equipment throughout the facility; lifts up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Perform duties in a courteous manner and maintain customer service excellence.
• Clean and service rooms, baths, offices; dust and polish surfaces; replenish supplies.
• Clean floors, vacuum carpets; treat areas as required.
• Prepare and mix cleaning solutions per guidelines.
• Move furniture safely and assist other departments as needed.
• Keep storage rooms organized and report equipment issues.
• Follow Buckner 5STARS customer service standards and respond to requests.
