Cranberry House is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents. You will perform cleaning, laundry, waste management, and basic maintenance to ensure a safe living space.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, previous housekeeping or janitorial experience, and a compassionate approach to elder care. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• General cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance knowledge.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and mopping of common areas and resident rooms.
• Assist with washing, folding, and distributing laundry.
• Dispose of trash and recycling; keep waste areas clean and organized.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages or equipment issues.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Work with staff to ensure the facility is well-maintained and residents are comfortable.
• Engage with residents in a friendly and welcoming manner.
