TerraBella Senior Living, LLC in Anderson, SC is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in resident apartments and common areas, including laundry responsibilities and safety compliance. This role emphasizes compassionate service to a senior population and requires reliable, courteous interaction with residents and staff.

Responsibilities include dusting, mopping, sanitizing fixtures, laundry duties, and reporting repairs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively speaking the primary language of the residents.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must demonstrate an interest in working with a senior population.
• Interacts with guests, residents, and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.

Responsabilités

• Performs cleaning duties daily, weekly, and monthly in apartments, common areas, lounges and offices.
• Sweeps, dusts, mops, vacuums, and maintains floors and runners.
• Cleans and sanitizes lavatory fixtures and stocks dispensers.
• Scrubs bath/shower tiles and window frames.
• Maintains equipment and materials in clean, orderly condition.
• Collects trash and redistributes laundry.
• Maintains commercial laundry in clean and sanitary condition.
• Keeps cleaning chemicals stored safely when not in use.
• Ensures cords and equipment do not block exits and complies with fire codes.
